Bhindi Fry Recipe

Bhindi Fry is an easy to make tasty dish.It is crispy and served as a side dish with rotis, rice or dal. How to make bhindi fry is described below.


500 gms bhindi (washed and slit in between) 
2 onions (sliced) 
1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
1 tsp amchur powder 
1 tsp coriander powder 
1 tsp garam masala 
salt to taste 
cooking oil

How to make bhindi fry:

  • Take the slit bhindis and stuff turmeric powder,amchur powder,coriander powder garam masala and salt in it and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.Add sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Now add the stuffed bhindi and fry till they are done and become crispy.
  • Serve hot with chapatis
